 Our Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely thrilled with their Pedoodles purchase. To this end, we warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original owner, for six (6) months from the original purchase date. While we reserve the right to determine if replacement is warranted, rest assured that we are consumers just like you and know what is fair. Simply put, failure due to negligence or abuse is not covered under our warranty.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made to the original place of purchase:
If you purchased your Pedoodles through one of our retail dealers, then they will assist you directly with your return or exchange. We support our retail dealers' decisions on returns and exchanges. If, for any reason, the retailer is unable to assist you, or they are located a great distance from you, then contact us directly for further assistance.
If you purchased your Pedoodles from our Web store, then contact us online or call us at 1‑877‑PUT‑ON‑FUN, with your original order information, to obtain a required RMA number.
Returning Items To Pedoodles
If you're making a return or exchange from a purchase made at our Web store, then an RMA number must be obtained first, as outlined above.
